WSP is currently initiating a search for a Intern for our Newark, NJ office.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Support drafting, editing, and revising project reports to the Client Board and to the appropriate Federal Agencies who oversee the project.
  • Draft and review project correspondence.
  • Support tracking of transmittals, test reports, and field installations.
  • Support developing meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Support miscellaneous project tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a communications or related field.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Experience writing project reports.
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures (DO NOT DELETE THIS REQUIREMENT)
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
