X同学2022年12月进入北美实习项目，毕业于旧金山州立大学，目标拿到在毕业后拿到软件开发岗位的全职offer。

进入项目后，团队当天就联系到业内导师对同学安排了一对一深度技术评估和模拟面试。根据导师和家长的反馈同学在求职中面临的几个问题：

专业知识有，但是刷题量明显不够，刷题难度只停留在中等，hard级别只刷过一两道。
沟通能力是个大难题，在面试和交流中常常表现得迟疑不决，难以表达自己的观点和想法。
主观能动性不强，家长很着急多次催促但都不能让同学主动开始准备求职。

同学家长因为地域关系，只能通过电话或者视频联系同学，对其效果甚微。他们决定寻求专业的求职辅导团队的帮助，找到了我们美国总部的团队。

我们的解决方案：

制定个性化计划：团队老师根据学生个人性格、需求和目标制定了一份个性化的求职计划和时间表。时间表精确到每天每个小时，将同学整个时间都做好充足合理规划。
沟通能力培训：团队联系到不同的业内导师，提供专门的沟通能力培训，包括面试技巧、自我表达、有效沟通和解决问题的能力。短时间内以足够量的面试来解决同学紧张的问题。我们的老师也全程旁听，与他一起进行模拟面试，提供反馈，并帮助他逐渐克服紧张情绪。
提高主观能动性：团队老师每天都会与同学电话沟通跟进同学的具体进度，每周安排一次面对面沟通，总结刷题进度和投递情况。

经过几个月的刻苦努力和持续的支持，同学在团队协作和企业沟通之下成功地获得了一份实习机会。企业愿意给同学一次尝试的机会，先给了intern的实习offer，表现良好也给与转正机会。

团队老师继续与他保持联系，帮助他解决工作中遇到的问题，并指导他如何与老板和同事进行有效的沟通和汇报。初入职场的同学也终于体会到家长的苦心和团队老师的初衷，自身的态度从内心发生转变，自主自发的努力工作，吸收学习知识。同学的努力也得到了认可，老板对他的表现非常满意。在实习结束后不久，他也成功地转正成为公司的一名正式员工。

导师介绍

大厂senior软件工程师，从事云开发业务，主要使用Kubernetes和Golang搭建集群管理基础设施，当前主要负责部件部署。在加入大厂任职之前就职Oracle从事新一代database开发。
