W同学2023年1月进入北美实习项目，就读于佐治亚大学，目标拿到北美实习机会，通过不同的实践机会找到自己的最理想的职业目标。
专业不等于就业，提供校外多样化实践项目。
团队和学生充分沟通评估后，发现他其实对所学专业并不感兴趣。他在学校里虽然能够理解一些概念，但是在实际的编程任务面前，总是束手无策。在团队和家长的沟通后，一致支持学生尝试多样化的成长就业道路。团队为其量身定制学习计划，让他有机会在不同领域进行尝试，找到适合自己的方向。
 
在团队的指导下，学生开始在一个跨学科的团队中实习学习。学生需要与设计师、市场人员产品设计人员一起合作，参与了一个创新产品的开发过程。他虽然不是技术的核心驱动力，但是通过与团队成员的沟通和合作，他渐渐找到了自己的价值所在：将技术和人际交往结合起来，协调不同领域的专业人才，使团队更加高效地工作。
 
成功定位就业目标，大大减少人生试错成本。
通过不同的实践项目，学生也感受到CS专业在实际工业运用中和校园中所学的书面知识所带来的不同感触。团队结合学生表现和他的个人意愿下，确定学生在人际沟通和协调领域拥有更大的潜力和热情。
 
为了进一步培养学生的人际沟通和团队协作能力，团队开始为其匹配联系企业寻找实习机会。学生通过这段时间积累的实际运用经验，无论是简历还是面试都表现出了超出同龄人的专业水平，公司不仅给出了带薪的实习机会，也同意同学全程远程工作。

导师介绍

  • 数据分析/商业分析导师 （Data Analyst/Business Analyst/ Business Intelligence Engineer 方向） Amazon 产品数据分析师，负责产品（app）的数据挖掘，数据分析，数学建模以及数据可视化，擅长深入浅出地讲解数据分析相关基础知识，面试技巧，职业规划， networking 技巧，面试准备指导，模拟面试，简历修改，产品相关 business case 面试指导。
