在蔓藤得到的提升

学员是今年七月末参与的蔓藤项目，整体时间非常紧急。学员的OPT在今年8/11 就会到期了，几乎只有十天左右的时间留给服务团队老师来进行导师匹配，安排面试简历修改和寻找实习。学生是商业分析专业研究生，本身程度不错，进入项目之后知道自己时间紧迫也很配合。我们最先做得是为学员找到一家合适的企业和匹配的岗位，我们的专业导师J得知学生的情况后当天和学生进行联系，前后打了将近三个小时的电话完全掌握学生的背景和情况。

在一天之内就将学生的简历精修完成，随后也在极短的时间内为学生完成了针对性的面试辅导，利用自身多年经验总结的万能模板快速教会学生如何结合自身经历回答技术性和behavior类的问题。蔓藤内的资源平台也马不停蹄得为学生匹配企业和岗位，最终学员也不负众望通过面试拿下了quantum thought的intern offer！
