学生是2020年1月进入项目，希望能在2020年5月份毕业之后找到一份实习。学生个人意向是business或者finance等方向都可以。导师根据学生的在学校的成绩和上课情况评估出他更适合于finance更偏重fixed income等方向。我们为其匹配了JP Morgan 的Q导师进行专业领域的辅导。导师先为学生进行行业行情分析，之后根据学生的兴趣点fixed income和equity等方向进行项目实践提升，同时补充简历背景和面试软技能的培训。
学生也很积极配合，课程频率也作业完成情况都很好。在学生自己的努力和内推组老师的不断匹配下，学生顺利拿到了hyde park investment services的暑期实习offer。
