学员在2019年10月加入蔓藤的展+飞项目，进入项目的时间已开始秋招，其GPA较弱，欠缺technical skill相关技能，在2019年秋招并没有找到合适的实习。

蔓藤导师根据学生具体情况，匹配了与学员专业相契合的T导师制定课程大纲和计划，冲刺2020年summer实习。因为疫情和失业率上涨的大环境下，学生也有放弃的想法，但是蔓藤老师们一直在给予鼓励，给学生提供多家面试机会，包括Mdout，北美孵化器公司以及其他两家软件研发公司。

经过层层面试准备和筛选最后学生拿到了MDout的实习offer。MDout是一家美国健康信息共享门户网站，总部位于加利福尼亚州Livermore，是一家相当有潜力的公司。恭喜蔓藤学员最终拿下一份满意的暑期offer！
