在蔓藤得到的提升

学生加入蔓藤教育项目之前没有实习经历，刷题和专业程度都还有一定差距。加入蔓藤初衷是希望可以找一份实习为之后的全职做好铺垫，导师匹配方面希望可以找一位对时间线把控较好有规划的导师。

顾问了解到学生情况之后为其匹配了Google的O导师，为学生指定刷题计划，开始根据大纲进行培训，同时内推的老师也在不断地为学生寻找合适的机会。通过老师们的沟通和接触下发现，学生本身容易受打击易焦虑，顾问老师和导师都多次和学生进行电话沟通进行鼓励，分析目前情况，帮助学生排除外界杂念。学生有面试机会时及时安排导师面试培训，以帮助学生充分做好准备，最后在学生，和内推组老师共同努力下，拿到了2020年暑期Grush的实习offer！
