学生是2019年12月成为蔓藤学员，为其匹配了JP Morgan Q老师。导师在第一次课程中就发现学生简历上存在的问题，比如：相关的工作经验少，所以在后期的辅导中重点以金融相关的项目为主，弥补简历上的欠缺。导师重点给学生补充了financial analysis project和portfolio management project。通过项目帮助学生了解最基本的金融分析工具，包含金融分析基础和金融分析工具。同时，学生可以学到在投资学领域提供相关的实践经验，比如：投资学基础和投资学在实践中的运用。在今年找summer intern的过程中，导师帮助学生做了多次mock interview，学生从一开始结结巴巴的表达困难到最后找到窍门达到了流利的程度，有了极大的提高，最后拿到AXA Intern的offer。
