在蔓藤得到的提升

学生刚进入蔓藤的时候大二，顾问老师初次跟学生沟通后，得知学生需要IBD方向的长期职业规划计划。所以根据学生兴趣所在匹配目前在华尔街工作就职于JP Morgan的A导师。A导师为学生做详细的IBD行业行情分析，之后考察学生当前专业水平情况。由于学生大二，专业基础薄弱，所以培训计划中，A导师加入实战项目让学生获得行业内hands on experience。

在即将完成第一阶段培训辅导的尾声，学生找顾问老师进行沟通，因为学校课业内容对自己目前有压力，所以接下来申请研究生需要修改方向，需要把未来的金融就业方向改在前中端。所以顾问老师马上联系，同时有着辅导学生金融前中端丰富经验的Q导师。

Q导师了解学生情况后，第一时间为学生做了gap分析，由于学生方向转变，所以Q导师同时也为学生做了详细的课程规划，从前中端基本金融知识开始到金融模型分析，一步步带领学生加强金融技能提高。同时，实习组老师也是一直跟随学生动态变化，不断地跟进学生情况，并且多次电话沟通，最终帮助学生找到心仪合适的实习岗位—Equitable Advisor。
