学生进入项目时，顾问老师以及实习组老师与学生进行详细沟通，了解到学生需要2020年暑期在美金融类实习。因为学生缺少行业面试经验以及行业专业知识，所以匹配有资深辅导经验的J导师进行辅导。导师在给学生做面试培训的同时加入项目课程的内容，如DCF金融模型解析，旨在让学生熟悉行业专业知识以及获得hands on experience，同时布置作业让学生进行课下自主学习。根据学习所得，J导师根据学生具体情况，把项目课内容添加到简历中，完成简历精修，提高获得面试机会的概率。与此同时，实习组老师利用学生精修好的简历为学生进行全面内推，不断为学生安排面试。J导师按照学生获得的面试机会，帮助学生准备应对面试。在辅导与内推的相辅相成之下，在所有老师以及学生自身努力之下，学生终于拿到Step Strategy的暑期实习offer。
