Your Impact
This is an entry to mid-level role with opportunity for rapid professional growth and the chance to contribute to the success of a software startup with accelerated growth inside a public company. You will collaborate within deployment teams to position the client for a successful engagement. What You’ll Do
Location: Hybrid – Must report into one of our Hub locations listed below(Scottsdale AZ, Seattle Washington, Boston MA, Denver CO, Atlanta GA)Required to travel up to 20% within the U.SReports To: Manager, Business Analysis
- Work as member of the Software Services Team.
- Business Documentation Capture the voice and outcomes of the customer to drive business process documentation, including user stories, workflows, and functional requirements.
- Discovery Discover complex business requirements — providing structure and clarity where there is ambiguity — and work with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Product teams to design and deliver solutions.
- Configurations Collaborate with the customer to configure the system to achieve their business outcomes.
- Solution Evaluation Assess impact and feasibility of proposed solution — including change management and other non-program implementation costs — evaluating alternatives and delivering solutions that accomplish agency outcomes. Demonstrated outcome-driven thinking. Can make hard tradeoff assessments.
- UAT Design, administer, and document functional acceptance tests and training.
- Training Communicate and deliver test plans and training to appropriate internal and external stakeholders
- Stakeholder Management Clear communication with various stakeholders Willingness to join forces and drive company-wide initiatives across multiple departments
What You Bring
- Technical Experience Experience managing process improvement or facilitating change management amongst teams. Some coding experience, particularly JSON preferred
- Effective Presentation Skills
- Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check and maintain CJIS clearance
