该排名是根据Banking 50 Rankings调查得出的。该调查于2019年秋季进行，要求3,300名各个级别的银行专业人士对他们的同行公司进行1到10级的评估。
评估标准包括：薪酬，工作时间，公司文化，业务前景，培训，工作/生活平衡以及总体工作满意度。
将包含外部信誉得分和内部专业人士评估得分的加权公式应用于此数据，最终得出排名前十的投资银行。

排名第一的Centerview Partners入榜理由：
“Great Opportunities for Advancement and Development”
今年是Centerview在Banking 50的历史上首次成为头把交椅。去年，位于纽约的Centerview排名第三，跃居第二位，超过高盛（Goldman Sachs）和Evercore（Evercore），排名第一。
除了位居 “银行业50强”榜首，Centerview还在今年的工作满意度排名中名列前茅，在13个工作场所类别中排名第一：挑战能力，业务前景， 客户互动，薪酬，文化，企业领导力，正式培训，聘用流程，非正式培训，晋升政策，总体满意度，与经理的关系和工作/生活平衡。
