蔓藤观察：全球超级企业谁最爱留学生？

根据美国全国广播公司财经频道(CNBC)的分析，自2000年以来，Alphabet的增长速度最快，2018年的员工人数是2001年的347倍。与此同时，亚马逊的规模是2000年的72倍。

在大环境利好的情况下，这些高速发展的公司中又有多少岗位对留学生开放？

最近MyVisaJobs网站基于 62556名美国雇主在该平台上提交的LCA数据，发布了《2020年H-1B签证申请报告》。

该报告统计了2019财年（2019.10.1-2019.9.30）美国H-1B签证申请的具体情况，让我们来看看哪些超级企业接收了最多的H1B。

不过，从2018到2019财年，不少公司的的LCA申请量变化很大，其中，变化最大的就是德勤。

在2019年的报告中，德勤以16409份申请量霸占H1B雇主申请数量Top1的位置，平均薪资$82631。

而在2020年最新得报告中，德勤排名掉到第七，LCA申请数量减少了50%左右，只有8258，不过其申请H1B岗位的薪资上涨了近$9000。

除了H1B申请量最多的雇主榜单外，MyVisaJob还针对Job Title（职级）、Occupation（职责）、Work State（所在州）、Work City（所在城市）、NAICS Industry（所属行业）进行了具体划分。

除了意料之中的排在前面的软件工程、计算机等岗位，Business Analytics、Analyst、Consultant的申请数量其实和Data Scientist的没有太大的差距。

排在前七的岗位均和计算机相关，不过紧随计算机之后的就是Accountants And Auditors，以及Management Analysts，这也是美国的四大以及数量众多的CPA Firm的结果。

前段时间有学生担心Accounting专业找不到工作，觉得会在未来社会被取代。

其实，社会必然朝着高效方向发展，但是在这个发展的过程中，也会衍生出更多适合未来发展的工作。
