选错专业,怎么自学成为数据大神?(二)

人生的第一份实习或者工作,作为从学校过渡到职场的第一步,也是最困难的一步。这之中的经历总是充满了各式各样的故事。

来跟大家分享我的第一份实习经历是怎么获得的吧。

正如我上次在文案里所说,我的第一份实习是在美国波音公司,是300人实习生里的唯一一个亚洲面孔。

我得到这次实习机会是通过学校的招聘会,我相信每个学校秋季春季都会有大型的招聘会, 会有很多的公司的人来招聘,希望大家能好好利用。

我是在招聘会上了解的这个工作并且投递的简历。当时来学校招聘的人是我们学校的校友,所以在聊天时候我故意和他攀谈了关系聊了些学校的往事从而让他对我更有兴趣。

在简历上我也下了很多的功夫,在秋的研究生入学的第一个学期我就修改好了简历,而很多同学反而在四处的游玩或者努力适应。

除此之外我还在学校旁听了很多数据方便的课程,所以把很多技术方面的课程和技能写在了简历上。

面试的准备是个漫长煎熬的过程。

当时波音的首席hr来我们学校对那些得到波音面试的机会学生来进行培训,教会我们如果回答好五个经典的行为面试问题。

但是我那个的时候口语并不是很好,所以刚开始联系的时候磕磕巴巴。

后来我想到了一个办法,就是把所有的行为面试问题都按照situation, action,action的框架事先写好,然后反复练习。

这样当你面试的问题遇到了类似的问题会大大缓解紧张的心里。

除此之外简历准备也是十分重要,因为任何一个面试都会问到简历的经历,所以所有的简历上的经历都要描述的细节十足,让那些没有任何的背景的面试官也能听明白我过去的工作经历。

向波音这类的公司如果在学校面试并且只是intern,轮次会很少 只分两轮甚至一轮,所以每一轮都要好好准备。

第一轮是hr面试更偏向于行为面试的问题,看你的性格和能力匹不匹配公司的标准。

第二轮是经历来面试,主要考察过去的经历是不是真实并且能不能体现你的工作能力。

所以每一轮都要当最后一轮来对待。祝愿大家在这次春招中拿下dream offer!
