Job Title: Product Engineering Co-Op Manager Title: Director of Product Management FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time FECON, LLC is a vegetation management equipment manufacturer located in Lebanon, Ohio near Kings Island Amusement Park. Job Summary: The Product Management Engineering Co-op will support the product management department in new product development, product portfolio management and continuous improvement of existing products. This role involves cross departmental communication to ensure the successful launch of products. The co-op will be actively involved in conducting market research, data analysis, and building business cases. They will also be responsible for creating product training materials, timelines, and documentation to track project progression. This position will support sales with product related questions, assist engineering in new product design, and will keep up with new technology in the industry. This position is designed as a co-operative learning experience, alternating semesters of work with school.
