JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in data analysis and information reporting relating to healthcare data, including pharmacy.
- Requires knowledge and experience in own function; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
- Builds own knowledge of HCSC, business processes and customers
- Solves a range of problems
- Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures
- Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction

Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree
- Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Engineering, Business
- Employing techniques such as a case-control study, regression analyses, principal component analyses, clustering exercises, propensity scoring, classification, ROI calculation, etc. to produce actionable insights.
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methods
- Versed in automation tools such as Alteryx.
- Versed in Data Visualization Tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Versed in querying language such as SQL or Python
Compensation: $60,300.00 – $133,400.00
