Position Overview Community Landscape Services is seeking an ambitious and relationship-drivenBusiness Developer to drive new business growth in the DMV region. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new commercial maintenance contracts with property managers, HOAs, commercial real estate owners, and other target markets. As Business Developer, you will represent CLS’s reputation for quality service, sustainable practices, and proactive partnership while building strong client relationships that lead to long-term contracts and portfolio growth.
