Role Summary
We are hiring exceptional Full Stack Engineers to join our team, with a backend focus and strong product engineering mindset. You will work directly with the founders to design, develop, and ship features that support our financial infrastructure and AI CFO vision.
Core Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy full stack solutions with a focus on backend systems
- Collaborate directly with founders to define and deliver product requirements
- Own projects from 0–1, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
- Work closely with the engineering team to improve system architecture and processes
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–9 years of full stack or backend engineering experience (exceptional new grads considered)
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL
- Proven experience taking products from concept to launch (0–1 experience)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and architectural thinking
- Ability to work 60–70+ hours/week in-person in NYC
- Highly ambitious with excellent communication skills
- Only US Citizen OR Green card Candidate

- Experience in fast-paced startup environments
- Background in fintech or payment systems
- Strong systems design skills
- Previous experience in small, high-caliber engineering teams
