Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist with expertise in influencer outreach and email marketing to expand our brand presence, build strong relationships with creators, and drive e-commerce sales growth. You will be responsible for identifying and connecting with the right influencers, planning impactful collaborations, and designing targeted email campaigns to boost customer engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will be a creative communicator with strong market insight and a data-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and reach out to influencers and content creators aligned with our brand values and target audience.
- Manage influencer collaborations from product seeding to content creation guidance and performance tracking.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, automation flows, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer and email marketing campaigns, implementing strategies to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with social media, content, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Research market trends and customer feedback to develop new campaign ideas and creative strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to ensure cost-effective campaigns with maximum impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or KOL outreach, including negotiation and partnership management.
- Strong background in email marketing, with proficiency in platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations and customer conversion funnels; cross-border e-commerce experience is a plus.
- Strong research and data analysis skills to develop optimization strategies based on performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, writing, and coordination skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively with international influencers and partners.
