What You’ll Do As a Software Developer Intern, you will contribute to the current and next generation of our award-winning app on either our Backend or Frontend teams! You’ll be working alongside our incredible engineers, making changes to our live site within a few weeks of your internship (that’s right, we release wicked fast!). You’ll be paired with a skilled mentor who will help you develop your skills and make the most of your internship experience. What We Do On the Backend, we design database schemas, create API endpoints, integrate with multiple systems, tame business logic, and product designs into an orderly collection of classes, build tools that help customers, systems administrators, and other engineers. We use PHP, MySQL, C#, SqlServer, and many other technologies in our stack. On the Frontend, we work closely with UX designers, product managers, and our backend software engineers to create a highly polished and interactive frontend in React for our enterprise-level web application. Our stack consists of Webpack, Babel, React, and an abstraction of Material UI within our design system.
